ADDITIONAL INFORMATION for Sunday

All nippers U8+ must join their correct Age Group today

We need to run to a very tight schedule, lots of activities and lots of nippers. WE NEED HELP! We cannot run it without you!

Each Age group will need:
Two recorders
2x sets of 6 parents to award places 1-6 (boy parents adjudicate girls and v.v)
Plus our normal helpers supporting Water Safety
Remaining parents we still need you, you can help with marshalling or watching nippers

**Invitation for all volunteers to come up and see me on the terrace at 9.00am.

All nippers U8 to U14 are invited and encouraged to compete in these friendly races.

Club Championships are similar to a normal nipper’s session, but run like a mini carnival, where we record the top 6 finishers. Top point winners will be presented with a medal at the end of the season. Placings may be used as a guide for carnival team selection. Two club championship days will be held during the season.

To be eligible for an award, all competitors must have attended a minimum of half the Sunday morning activities between the start of season and the last championship day. If a child was representing North Curl Curl at any branch carnival this can also be counted towards their attendance.

To successfully run the day, we need parents help of Judges (Officials), Marshal, Recorder and Water Safety.
JUDGES (OFFICIAL).
We need 6 Judges per Age Group & Gender. At least one Judge is to be an experienced carnival Official. If you can help on the day, please email madikeene@hotmail.com
WATER SAFETY.
If you have your bronze and can help on the day please sign-on, don a Water Safety rashy, and spread yourselves evenly amongst the water areas.

If water conditions are unsuitable for water, then a backup weekend will be run. Carnival dates are moving around for the rest of the season, we may need to make date changes.

Important dates:
Sun 10 Nov – Club Champs Round 1 > Water and Beach > U8-U14
Sun 02 Dec – Club Champs Round 2 > Water & Beach > U8-14
Sun 27 Jan – Back Up day if needed
*Carnival dates are moving around for the rest of the season, we may need to make date changes to the above.
