Hi U09 to U13’s who did not return their board on Board Collection Day.

Please return on presentation day Sunday 20th March
AT 3:30pm WOULD BE GREAT as to not interfere with Jason’s and Kurt’s evening.

U09 to U13’s may incur a fine next year when hiring a board if you do not follow these three simple instructions.
1) Email Andrew Stuart (stuff@curlydesign.com.au) that you are returning your board on presentation day. Include board number.
2) Kurt Wegenaar and Jason Elboz will be at the Presentation Afternoon and able to collect your board. Do not give to anyone else!
3) On returning DO NOT JUST PUT in the board room (if open). Kurt or Jason need to inspect your board, and tick off the list as being returned.

Note that on board return day we had 10 helpers waiting to assist Cleaning, Weighing, Inventorying, and Repairing your board. (Thank you to those helpers). Unfortunately, the volunteers were not able to do much as your board was not there!

BOARD RETURN
On return of hired boards, we request: -
- all dings repaired or pay $95 on the day
- covers & boards to be free of board wax and sand
- if you wish to use the board during winter it needs to be returned first

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Board and Board Cover: -
- remove wax by heating in the sun, scrape with wax comb
- final clean with Methylated Spirits and open weave rag
- cleaning equipment is available to you on Saturday if boards not cleaned to our standard
- do not remove stickers except the large sponsor sticker if applicable
